Disapproved Exceptions definition

Disapproved Exceptions is defined in Section 6.4(c).
Disapproved Exceptions means exceptions to title shown in a PTR that are timely disapproved by the Acquiring Party pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.

Examples of Disapproved Exceptions in a sentence

  • If Seller notifies Buyer of its election to decline to remove the Disapproved Exceptions, or if Seller is unable to remove the Disapproved Exceptions (other than any obligations of Buyer under Section 7), Buyer may elect either to terminate this Agreement and the Escrow or to accept title to the Property subject to the Disapproved Exception(s).

  • If Seller fails to give Buyer notice before the expiration of the ten (10) day period, Seller will be deemed to have elected not to remove Disapproved Exceptions.
