Examples of Disabling Codes in a sentence

  • In the event a Disabling Code is identified, Vendor shall take all steps necessary, at no additional cost to Xxxxxxxx, to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct all City Data lost by Xxxxxxxx as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to Xxxxxxxx a corrected version of the Services without the presence of Disabling Codes; and, (c) as needed, re-implement the Services at no additional cost to Xxxxxxxx.

  • Royal Bank does not warrant that the Services will operate error free or without Disabling Codes or interruption.

  • In the event a Disabling Code is identified, Supplier shall take all steps necessary, at no additional cost to University, to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct any and all Data lost by University as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to University a corrected version of the Services without the presence of Disabling Codes; and, (c) as needed, re-implement the Services at no additional cost to University.

  • Each party shall at all times have in place prudent measures, meeting industry standards applicable to financial institutions in Canada, to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Services, Service Materials (including all Security Devices), Confidential Information, Electronic Channels, Documents and Electronic Communication, including measures to detect and prevent Disabling Codes.

  • In the event a Disabling Code is identified, Supplier shall take all steps necessary, at no additional cost to UCLA, to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct any and all data lost by UCLA as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to UCLA a new copy of the Hosted Software without the presence of Disabling Codes; and, (c) install and implement the new copy of the Hosted Software at no additional cost to UCLA.

  • In the event a Disabling Code is identified, Supplier will take all steps necessary, at no additional cost to UC, to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct any and all data lost by UC as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to UC a new copy of the Software without the presence of Disabling Codes; and, (c) install and implement the new copy of the Software at no additional cost to UC.

Related to Disabling Codes

  • Disabling Code means any virus, back door, timer or other limiting routine, instruction or design, or other malicious, illicit or similar unrequested code that may have the consequence (whether by design or unintentionally) of disrupting, disabling, harming, circumventing security controls or otherwise impeding in any manner the normal operation or performance of (i) any software or service or (ii) any UNICEF information system or network.

  • Disabling Devices means Software viruses, time bombs, logic bombs, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, or other computer instructions, intentional devices or techniques that are designed to threaten, infect, assault, vandalize, defraud, disrupt, damage, disable, maliciously encumber, hack into, incapacitate, infiltrate or slow or shut down a computer system or any component of such computer system, including any such device affecting system security or compromising or disclosing user data in an unauthorized manner.

  • Disabling Conduct shall have the meaning designated in Section 8.4 hereof.

  • Access Codes means the unique codes which the Client will determine to enable his/her access to the trading platform of the Company and/or to his/her Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Codes means the following including the latest amendments and/or replacements, if any:

  • Malicious Software means any software program or code intended to destroy, interfere with, corrupt, or cause undesired effects on program files, data or other information, executable code or application software macros, whether or not its operation is immediate or delayed, and whether the malicious software is introduced wilfully, negligently or without knowledge of its existence.

  • Prohibited Software means software that incorporates or embeds software in, or uses software in connection with, as part of, bundled with, or alongside any (1) open source, publicly available, or "free" software, library or documentation, or (2) software that is licensed under a Prohibited License, or (3) software provided under a license that

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Virus means any thing or device (including any software, code, file or programme) which may: prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect the operation of any computer software, hardware or network, any telecommunications service, equipment or network or any other service or device; prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect access to or the operation of any programme or data, including the reliability of any programme or data (whether by re-arranging, altering or erasing the programme or data in whole or part or otherwise); or adversely affect the user experience, including worms, trojan horses, viruses and other similar things or devices.

  • Disabling Event means the General Partner ceasing to be the general partner of the Partnership pursuant to Section 17-402 of the Act.

  • Viruses means any malicious computer code or instructions that have a material adverse effect on the operation, security or integrity of (a) a computing, telecommunications or other electronic operating or processing system or environment, (b) software programs, data, databases or other computer files or libraries or (c) computer hardware, networking devices or telecommunications equipment, including (i) viruses, Trojan horses, malware, time bombs, undisclosed back door devices, worms or any other software routine or hardware component designed to permit unauthorized access, disable, erase or otherwise harm software, hardware or data or perform any other such harmful or unauthorized actions and (ii) similar malicious code or data.

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Malicious Code means viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Radio frequency identification (RFID means an automatic identification and data capture technology comprising one or more reader/interrogators and one or more radio frequency transponders in which data transfer is achieved by means of suitably modulated inductive or radiating electromagnetic carriers.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;
