Disabled Participant definition

Disabled Participant with respect to a loan if it has no right to exercise any voting or other control rights with respect to such loan (other than the right to approve amendments to the material economic terms of such loan).
Disabled Participant means any Participant who is Totally and Permanently Disabled.
Disabled Participant means a Participant becoming disabled within the meaning of Section 422(c)(6) of the Code.

Examples of Disabled Participant in a sentence

  • In the event a Disabled Participant recovers from the disability so as to be medically certified to full-time active duty as a law enforcement officer prior to his Normal Retirement Age, such Participant shall be re-employed by the Authority as a law enforcement officer provided the participant meets all required law enforcement certification criteria.

  • In the event of a Supplemental ESOP Participant's termination of employment other than by reason of death or Retirement or after becoming a Disabled Participant, that portion of his or her memorandum account balance, if any, that is not payable under Section 3.2 shall be promptly forfeited.

More Definitions of Disabled Participant

Disabled Participant means a former Active Participant who has a total and permanent disability as determined under Article 7.
Disabled Participant means a Participant who is under a Disability incurred while an Active Employee and who is an Insured Disabled Participant.
