Disability Termination Date definition

Disability Termination Date means a “Disability Termination Date” as defined in the Employment Agreement.

Disability Termination Date shall be the date on which Advance makes such determination of the Employee’s Disability unless the arbitration, if any, results in a determination that the Employee is not disabled.   • Stated Termination Date means December 31, 2000.
