Disability Income Plan definition

Disability Income Plan means the Manitoba Municipal Employees Disability Income Plan as amended from time to time.
Disability Income Plan means the plan or plans established from time to time by the Employer to provide disability benefit payments to its Employees who are unable to work by reason of physical or mental disability.
Disability Income Plan means an insurance agreement that provides income protection benefits during a period of disability resulting from either sickness, injury or a combination of both.

More Definitions of Disability Income Plan

Disability Income Plan means a disability income replacement plan sponsored by the City providing income replacement to Members of the Plan, including sick leave, short- term disability, sick bank and long-term disability and shall include Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation.

  • Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit means an annual amount (before taking into account federal and state income taxes), payable in monthly installments throughout the Payout Period. Such benefit is projected pursuant to the Agreement for the purpose of determining the Contributions to be made to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (or Phantom Contributions to be recorded in the Accrued Benefit Account). The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Disability benefits means any cash payments which are payable to a covered individual for all or part of a period of disability pursuant to P.L.1948, c.110 (C.43:21-25 et al.).
