Disability Effective Date definition

Disability Effective Date means the date on which termination of employment becomes effective due to Disability.
Disability Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Disability Effective Date has the meaning given such term in Section 5.1.

Examples of Disability Effective Date in a sentence

  • In such event, the Executive's employment with the Company shall terminate effective on the 30th day after receipt of such notice by the Executive (the "Disability Effective Date"), provided that, within the 30 days after such receipt, the Executive shall not have returned to full-time performance of the Executive's duties.

More Definitions of Disability Effective Date

Disability Effective Date means the thirty (30) days following receipt by the Officer of notice from the Corporation of the Corporation's intention to terminate the Officer's employment because of the Officer's disability.
