Directory Board means a sign listing the tenants of multi-tenant industrial or commercial buildings or subdivisions containing at least two (2) distinct tenant units;

Directory Board. The Landlord may erect and maintain (as an Operating Cost) a directory board in the main lobby of the Building which shall indicate the name of the Tenant and the location of the Leased Premises within the Building.
