Directors At Large definition

Directors At Large means those Directors elected at large by the Members;
Directors At Large means any Member who has been elected to serve on the Board and does not have specific duties as prescribed in the By-Laws;
Directors At Large means the directors who are elected or appointed to the Board, and who are not an Executive, the Area Representatives, the Gala Chair Representative, National Representative, Secretary or a Student Director;

More Definitions of Directors At Large

Directors At Large means any and all Members duly elected or appointed to serve on the Board as the six Directors-at-Large;
