Director Services definition

Director Services means the provision of a member of the Belasko Group, or a Belasko Employee, to act as a director / manager. Due Diligence Belasko is required by applicable law, regulation and guidelines to obtain information and documentation to identify and verify all its Clients (together with their controllers, owners, ultimate beneficial owners and any other persons interested in, connected to or associated with, or who may benefit from, or has directly or indirectly contributed (or will contribute) assets to a Client). Belasko will inform (potential) Clients of its requirements in all cases and, at its sole discretion, confirm once the due diligence process is complete. The Client acknowledges that Due Diligence may need to be updated from time to time. Fee Agreement means any agreement in relation to fees made between any Client and Belasko, from time to time, including the terms of the Service Agreement and these Terms of Business. Force Majeure Event is defined in Clause 8.1.
Director Services means services as director for the Holding company, the Bank and all of their subsidiaries (as opposed to services as employee)
