Director Service Year means, with respect to an Eligible Director, the period beginning on the later of (i) the date of an Annual Meeting (beginning with the 2003 Annual Meeting) or (ii) the date such Eligible Director is first deemed to be a member of the Board (as determined in accordance with Section 2.11) and ending on the earlier of (x) the day before the date of the next Annual Meeting that occurs after (i) or (ii) above or (y) the date the Eligible Director ceases to be an Eligible Director for any reason.   • Service Year means fiscal year, except that:
