DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD definition

DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD means the Chief Executive Officer of the school system and Secretary of the Board;
DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD means the executive director of the Wyoming Real Estate Commission who serves on the Board as a non-voting ex-officio member;
