If the Owner is unable to obtain the approval of the abutting owner, it will obtain the approval of tree protection to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Open Space prior to the issuance of a building permit for that Lot.
No trees shall be removed for the purpose of construction without the approval of the Director of Parks and Open Space.
