The Resident understands and agrees that he/she is not automatically entitled to additional training beyond the number of years required for his/her program and that any extension of training time must be approved by the Chief Financial Officer, Program Director, the Director of Medical Education and the Graduate Medical Education Committee or its appointed ad hoc committee.
This time must be scheduled with and approved by the Program Director and the Director of Medical Education.

Appointment start date may only be modified at the sole discretion of the Director of Medical Education.
GTP agrees to notify immediately, both verbally and in writing, the Director of Medical Education of any change in immigration status.
Resident may terminate Resident’s appointment at any time after notice to and discussion with the Program Director, Department Chair, and/or CAMC’s Director of Medical Education, unless such discussion is waived by CAMC, on at least thirty (30) days' written notice to CAMC after such discussion or waiver.
