Director of Development Services or "director" means the director of the resource stewardship department unless otherwise specified in this title manager who is responsible for all aspects of county development services. The director of resource stewardshipdevelopment services is responsible for all actions of the resource stewardshipdevelopment services department, including the administration of the county's land use and related ordinances, interpreting laws on a case-by-case basis, and preparing reports for policy making bodies.
