Director Compensation definition

Director Compensation means the annual retainer and meeting fees, and any other regular cash compensation payable by the Company to a Nonemployee Director for service on the Board.

Director Compensation means the fees prescribed to be paid by the Company to Nonemployee Directors under the heading “Annual Fees” of the Liberty Global, Inc.
