Direction Notice definition

Direction Notice means a notice issued by the Company pursuant to Article 16.1;

Direction Notice means a public document that is not legislative in character and performs any of the functions ascribed to it in these Regulations;

Direction Notice has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.

Examples of Direction Notice in a sentence

• The Company shall send to each other person appearing to be interested in the shares the subject of any Direction Notice a copy of the notice, but the failure or omission by the Company to do so shall not invalidate such notice.

• The Directors may at any time give notice cancelling a Direction Notice.

More Definitions of Direction Notice

Direction Notice means a notice issued by the Company pursuant to Article 95.1;
