Direct Order definition

Direct Order shall refer to a Part that is not stocked by the Contractor in its usual course of business at its Contractor Location(s), and that may be acquired by the Contractor directly from the Part OEM or its Distributor(s).
Direct Order means an order that references this Agreement and entered into directly between Company and Pindrop applicable to PS that Pindrop will perform with respect to a Product covered under a Marketplace Order.
Direct Order means when an individual Physician provides instructions to another member of the health care team or a group of health care team members.   • Lot 2 Contractors may offer both Commonly Stocked and Direct Order Heavy Duty Vehicle and Heavy Equipment Parts.

  • A Lot 2 Contractor shall provide Direct Order Parts for multiple Heavy Duty Vehicle and Heavy Equipment OEMs (e.g. Caterpillar, Xxxx, Xxxx Deere, Xxxx, Navistar, Xxxxxxxxx, etc.), and may offer Commonly Stocked Parts if applicable.

  • The purpose of this Contract is to provide Authorized Users with a means of acquiring Commonly Stocked and Direct Order Vehicle and Equipment Parts, and Related Product.

  • Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.

  • Banquet Event Order or “BEO” means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Support order means a judgment, decree, order, decision, or directive, whether temporary, final, or subject to modification, issued in a state or foreign country for the benefit of a child, a spouse, or a former spouse, which provides for monetary support, health care, arrearages, retroactive support, or reimbursement for financial assistance provided to an individual obligee in place of child support. The term may include related costs and fees, interest, income withholding, automatic adjustment, reasonable attorney's fees, and other relief.

  • Cease and desist order means a court-issued order to halt land disturbing construction activity that is being conducted without the required permit.
