Direct Customer definition

Direct Customer has the meaning set forth in the UBP approved by the Commission and as it may be amended from time to time, which is “An entity that purchases and schedules delivery of electricity or natural gas for its own consumption and not for resale. A customer with an aggregated minimum peak connected load of 1 MW to a designated zonal service point qualifies for direct purchase and scheduling of electricity provided the customer complies with NYISO requirements. A customer with annual usage of a minimum of 3,500 dekatherms of natural gas at a single service point qualifies for direct purchase and scheduling of natural gas.”
Direct Customer means a person directly connected to the transmission/distribution system owned and/or operated by the State Transmission Utility/Transmission Licensee/Distribution Licensee;
Direct Customer means an Originating Customer, who has an Access Contract with us; Discount means the reduction on the charges payable on a Mailing Item eligible for the selected Access Service, as published on our Website and as amended from time to time in line with the terms of this Contract for the amendment of Access Charges; Disruptive Events means any cause beyond our reasonable control (including industrial disputes); Dual Access Slots means two Access Slots, at least one of which must be an Early Access Slot;

Examples of Direct Customer in a sentence

  • The Trader acknowledges that the Distributor will be entitled to terminate any Direct Customer Agreement in accordance with its terms.

  • The Trader must not knowingly supply electricity on a Conveyance Only basis to an ICP unless there is a valid Direct Customer Agreement in force in relation to the ICP.
