Direct Cost of the Work definition

Direct Cost of the Work means labor, material and other costs reasonably and necessarily incurred in the proper performance of the Work as approved by the Department and shall include, but not be limited to:
Direct Cost of the Work means the total cost of the construction work of the Project as may be revised throughout the Post-GMP Phase.
Direct Cost of the Work means those items included in any Construction CAP which, pursuant to the Construction General Conditions, are directly related to construction and not otherwise defined under such Construction Phase.

More Definitions of Direct Cost of the Work

Related to Direct Cost of the Work

  • Cost of the Work means costs necessarily incurred by the Construction Manager in the proper performance of the Work. Such costs shall be at rates not higher than those customarily paid at the place of the Project except with prior consent of the Owner. The Cost of the Work shall include only the items set forth in this Article 6.

  • Cost of the Project means and embraces the cost of construction; the cost of all

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Indirect cost means any cost not directly identified with a single final cost objective, but identified with two or more final cost objectives or with at least one intermediate cost objective.

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30.

  • Total Project Cost means the lowest of the following:

  • Cost of Capital Improvement Projects means the costs of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving and engineering Capital Improvement Projects, and related financing costs.

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.
