Direct Contract Costs definition

Direct Contract Costs means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amounts of labor and other direct expenses, including, without limitation, expenses for materials, subcontracts, consultants and travel.
Direct Contract Costs means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amounts of direct costs, as that term is defined at FAR § 2.101 and explained in FAR § 31.202(a), of one or more contracts.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:
