Direct and proximate result means that result which is the natural and probable consequence of the antecedent events.

  • Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;
