Direct Account definition

Direct Account. : means any Account which is not an ISA Account.
Direct Account means an Account established directly with and through BNYM as a registered account on the Fund Registry and through which the owner of record has the ability to directly conduct account and transactional activity with and through BNYM.
Direct Account means an account holding Fund shares established directly with and through PNC by a natural person as a registered account on the Fund Registry and through which the owner of record has the ability to directly conduct account and transactional activity with and through PNC.

  • You authorise the Plan Manager to provide HMRC with all relevant particulars of the Direct Account, ISA and its investments which HMRC may reasonably request at any time.
