Direct Access Service definition

Direct Access Service means the service provided by PG&E pursuant to Electric Rule 22 of PG&E’s Tariff which allows any end-use PG&E customer to elect to procure its electricity, and any other CPUC-authorized energy services, directly from non-utility entities known as electric service providers (as defined in Electric Rule 1 of PG&E’s Tariff).
Direct Access Service means the Land Registry Direct Access Service provided for under Part III;

Examples of Direct Access Service in a sentence

  • Direct Access Service is available only on acceptance of a Direct Access Service Request (DASR) by the Company.
