DIP Liens definition

DIP Liens shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1.
DIP Liens shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
DIP Liens means all liens, charges, mortgages and similar instruments pledging collateral to secure the DIP Claims in accordance with, and pursuant to, the DIP Loan Documents.

  • No lien or interest avoided and preserved for the benefit of the estate pursuant to section 551 of the Bankruptcy Code shall be pari passu with or senior to the DIP Liens.

More Definitions of DIP Liens

DIP Liens means the Liens securing the payment of the DIP Super-Priority Claims. “DIP Orders” means, collectively, the DIP Interim Order and the DIP Final Order.
