DIP Budget definition

DIP Budget means the “Approved Budget” as defined in the DIP Term Facility Order.
DIP Budget means a projected statement of sources and uses of cash for the Borrower and the Guarantors on a weekly basis for the following 13 calendar weeks. As used herein, “DIP Budget” shall initially refer to the initial 13-week projection delivered in accordance with Section 6.2 and thereafter shall refer to the most recent 13-week projection delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 9.1(c).
DIP Budget means that certain DIP Budget, attached as Exhibit 2 to the Financing Motion, as may be amended from time to time.

Examples of DIP Budget in a sentence

  • All amounts authorized to be paid pursuant to this Order are subject to the limitations and restrictions imposed by the Approved DIP Budget (as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement).

  • Until such time as the Reorganized Debtors have been indefeasibly repaid in full for (i) the GUC Trust Initial Funding Amount and (ii) any and all Professional Claim amounts paid by the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors in excess of the amounts authorized under the DIP Budget, all GUC Trust Proceeds shall be paid to the Reorganized Debtors within fourteen (14) days of receipt thereof and shall be applied in accordance with the GUC Trust Waterfall.

  • The Debtors believe that the Initial DIP Budget is reasonable under the facts and circumstances.

  • Until such hearing, the Debtor shall be permitted to use any RUS Collateral that is Cash Collateral to pay payroll and other administrative expenses to keep the business of the Debtor operating and maximize value of the DIP Collateral and in accordance with the DIP Budget.

  • Neither the entry of this Final Order nor any pre-petition or post-petition agent's or lender's failure to object to the entry of this Final Order is intended, or shall be construed, as a consent or waiver of any objection to any payment under this Final Order or otherwise in excess of the amount authorized under the DIP Credit Agreement and the DIP Budget.


More Definitions of DIP Budget

DIP Budget means the rolling cash flow forecast of the Borrower attached hereto as Exhibit B, and each subsequent forecast approved in writing by the Postpetition Lender, which forecasts shall, among other things, contain (i) detailed projected cash receipts and cash disbursements on a weekly basis for the then current week and the subsequent number of weeks as approved by the Postpetition Lender and (ii) specific line items, amounts, and details as requested by the Postpetition Lender. The DIP Budget may be extended, varied, supplemented or otherwise modified at the request of the Borrower, upon approval in writing by the Postpetition Lender.
DIP Budget shall initially refer to the initial 13-week projection delivered in accordance with Section 6.2 and thereafter shall refer to the most recent 13-week projection delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 9.1(c).
DIP Budget has the meaning specified in Section 5.03(e).
DIP Budget means a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast delivered on or prior to the Closing Date and updated no less than every four weeks thereafter in accordance with Section 6.01(h), setting forth the Debtorsprojected cash receipts and cash disbursements during such 13-week period (i) initially, covering the period commencing on or about the Closing Date and (ii) thereafter, covering the period commencing on the first calendar day of each four-week anniversary thereafter, in each case, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Lenders.
DIP Budget means a 13-week cash flow budget detailing the Credit Parties’ anticipated cash receipts and expenditures (including capital expenditures, debt service, adequate protection payments, professional fees and expenses), as amended, supplemented, or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and the DIP Order, which budget (and any amendments thereto or replacements thereof) shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent. The DIP Budget in effect as of the Effective Date is attached as Exhibit F hereto.
DIP Budget means a statement of Hexion’s operating cash flow on a weekly basis for the period of thirteen weeks commencing with the calendar week during which the DIP Closing Date occurs containing line items of sufficient detail and in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D to this Agreement. As used herein, “DIP Budget” shall initially refer to the budget attached as Exhibit D to this Agreement and, thereafter, the most recent DIP Budget delivered by Hexion in accordance with Section 5.04(h)(ii).
DIP Budget means the consolidated weekly operating budget of the Debtors as set forth in the DIP Credit Agreement.
