Remaining Dollar-Years means the amount obtained by (1) multiplying the amount of each then-remaining principal payment on such Debt by the number of years (calculated at the nearest one-twelfth) that will elapse between the date of determination of the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of such Debt and the date of that required payment and (2) totaling all the products obtained in clause (1) above.
Dollars or “$” refers to lawful money of the United States of America.
Hong Kong Dollars means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.
Singapore Dollars means the lawful currency of Singapore.
Project Dollars means Defendants’ expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix A of this Consent Decree, and (b) constitute Defendants’ direct payments for such projects, or Defendants’ external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment.
Japanese Yen means the lawful currency of Japan.
Canadian Dollars means the lawful currency of Canada.
Hong Kong Dollar or “HK$” or “HKD” means the lawful currency for the time being and from time to time of Hong Kong.
Pounds “Pxxxx” and “£” shall refer to the lawful currency of England.
Euros means the currency adopted by those nations participating in the third stage of the economic and monetary union provisions of the Treaty on European Union, signed at Maastricht on February 7, 1992.
Indian Rupees or “Rs.” shall mean the mean the currency of the Government of India.
U.S. Dollars or “US$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.
Swiss Francs means the lawful currency of Switzerland.
Rupees Rs.", “” shall mean Indian rupees, the lawful currency of India;
Australian Dollars means the lawful currency of Australia.
Committed dose equivalent (HT,50) means the dose equivalent to organs or tissues of reference (T) that will be received from an intake of radioactive material by an individual during the 50-year period following the intake.
USD or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.
Pounds Sterling means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.
New Zealand Dollars means the lawful currency of New Zealand.
Mexican Pesos means the lawful currency of Mexico.
Yen and “¥” mean the lawful currency of Japan.
Ringgit Malaysia “RM” The lawful currency of Malaysia.
Dollars or $ means the lawful currency of the United States.
British Pounds Sterling means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.
Not Domestic Currency means any obligation that is payable in any currency other than the Domestic Currency.
CDN$ means the lawful currency of Canada.
