Examples of Diligence Milestones in a sentence
Licensor and Licensee have negotiated Diligence Milestones in Section 2.4 which are appropriate for a startup venture and which demonstrate a serious and diligent commitment to make a Licensed Product and/or Licensed Service commercially available to the public in a reasonable timeframe.
Without limiting the foregoing, on or before January 15 and July 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall provide to COH a written report setting forth, in reasonable detail, its activities and achievements with respect to the development and commercialization of Licensed Products and Licensed Services during the preceding six months, including activities relating to the achievement of Therapeutic Diligence Milestones and Partnering Milestones (the “Semi-Annual Report”).
Endocyte shall submit to PRF a commercialization plan for each Validated Disclosure within thirty (30) days of the Validation Date, which commercialization plan shall be appended to Schedule B along with the corresponding Diligence Milestones and Diligence Milestone Dates.

The term "Inspection Period," as used herein, means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the date one (1) year after the Effective Date, subject to Purchaser’s compliance with the Due Diligence Milestones, as hereinafter defined.
For each Validated Disclosure, Endocyte will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to achieve the following Diligence Milestones by the corresponding date shown (“Diligence Milestone Date”).
