Dignity Health means: Defendant Dignity Health, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation.
Dignity Health means the following: (1) Dignity Health and its directly or indirectly wholly-owned subsidiaries that provide hospital services; and (2) any other organization in which Dignity Health, or a directly or indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Dignity Health, owns a direct or indirect equity interest of 50% or more and that provides hospital services.
