Examples of Digital Valuation Date in a sentence
Valuation Time means the Scheduled Closing Time on the relevant Exchange on the Strike Date, a Digital Valuation Date, an Auto-Call Valuation Date, the Valuation Date or such other day as determined by the Calculation Agent, as the case may be.
Digital Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, each of the dates set out in the table below as such or, if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of an Index, then the immediately following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index.
Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been the Strike Date, a Digital Valuation Date, an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as applicable.

In that case, (a) that Limit Date shall be deemed to be the relevant Digital Valuation Date, Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, for the relevant Security notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day for such Security, and (b) the Calculation Agent shall determine its good faith estimate of the value for the relevant Security as of the Valuation Time on that Limit Date).
