Digital Asset Wallet definition

Digital Asset Wallet means any and each hosted Digital Asset wallet provided by Crypto.com, as may be offered through the Crypto.com App Services from time to time, either upon opening an account or thereafter;
Digital Asset Wallet means a Coinbase hosted wallet for holding Supported Digital Assets in Client’s Platform Account.
Digital Asset Wallet means the Wallet designated to support the holding of Digital Assets.

  • Your Digital Asset Wallet allows you to store, track, transfer, and manage your balances of Digital Assets.

  • It is important that you regularly check your USD Wallet and Digital Asset Wallet balances and your transaction history regularly to ensure you notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized or incorrect transactions.

  • Under no circumstances should you attempt to use your Digital Asset Wallet to store, send, request, or receive Digital Assets we do not support.

  • Symbridge may not grant a security interest in the Digital Assets held in your Digital Asset Wallet.

  • Digital asset means an electronic record in which an individual has a right or interest. The term does not include an underlying asset or liability unless the asset or liability is itself an electronic record.

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.

  • Capital Asset means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, any asset that should, in accordance with GAAP, be classified and accounted for as a capital asset on a Consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Capital Assets means, with respect to any person, all equipment, fixed assets and Real Property or improvements of such person, or replacements or substitutions therefor or additions thereto, that, in accordance with GAAP, have been or should be reflected as additions to property, plant or equipment on the balance sheet of such person.

  • Digital Wallet means an electronic payment service that allows you to store a digital version of your Card on a computer or device and make payments using that Digital Card. Digital Wallets may be operated by third party Digital Wallet providers and are available on supported devices.

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Alternative fuel vehicle means a vehicle designed to be capable of running on at least one type of fuel that is either gaseous at atmospheric temperature and pressure, or substantially non-mineral oil derived.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Working Capital Assets means the current assets of Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Time (including all Cash and Cash Equivalents), each determined in accordance with Accounting Principles but excluding all Tax assets; provided, however, in no event shall any accounts receivable relating to item #3 (System Gain/Loss) on Schedule 4.5 be included as a current asset of the Company or its Subsidiaries.

  • Rental Vehicle means a New Vehicle less than two years old owned by a New Vehicle Borrower and purchased directly from a manufacturer as a New Vehicle and that is used as a service loaner vehicle or is periodically subject to a rental contract with customers of the New Vehicle Borrower for loaner or rental periods of up to thirty (30) consecutive days or is used by dealership personnel in connection with parts and service operations.

  • Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.
