Differential Price definition

Differential Price means the summation of the equalizing elements of price for parameter differential or deficiencies in the equipment and services determined from the Bidder’s Proposal.
Differential Price means the summation of the equalising elements of price while evaluating the Bids for deviations and deficiencies in the Bidder's proposed equipment as per the guidelines mentioned in this "Instructions to bidders" and the relevant "Technical Specification".
