Difference Amount definition

Difference Amount means the difference between the Total Indemnity Amount and the Maximum Indemnity Amount.

Difference Amount means, in respect of a Settlement Unit, an amount (expressed in pounds) calculated in accordance with the following formula: Difference Amount = Difference x max (min (Qt x ht x TLMt, Mt), 0) where: Qt is: (i) if only one Reactor has reached its Start Date, 1,638.6 MW; (ii) if both Reactors have reached their Start Dates, 3,277.2 MW; and (iii) if Reactor One has reached the end of the Reactor One Term but Reactor Two has not reached the end of the Reactor Two Term, 1,638.6 MW; ht is the number of hours in Settlement Unit (t); TLMt is the transmission loss multiplier allocated in accordance with the BSC, or any new or substituted multiplier or factor which is in the nature of, or similar to, a transmission loss multiplier, in Settlement Unit (t); and Mt is the Metered Output of the relevant Reactor(s) during Settlement Unit (t);

Difference Amount means, for any Settlement Interval, an amount payable from the AESO to the Generator, or from the Generator to the AESO, as the case may be, on account of the difference between the Strike Price and the Pool Price, determined in accordance with Section 6.2;

• Debit Clearance Difference Amount The term “Debit Clearance Difference Amount” means, on a particular Business Day, the absolute value of the dollar difference between the Settlement Value of a Deliver Obligation or a Receive Obligation and the actual value at which such Deliver Obligation or Receive Obligation was settled, by the delivery or receipt of Eligible Netting Securities.

More Definitions of Difference Amount

Difference Amount means the amount that is equal to the Permitted Short Term Debt Amount minus $1,000,000,000, provided that if such amount is less than zero, the Difference Amount shall be zero.

Difference Amount means, on any date, the Notes Accreted Amount as of that date minus the Principal Amount.
