Dew point means the temperature at which water or other natural gas components’ condensation begins. “Pressure” means gas pressure in the gas pipeline. Pressure is measured in Megapascals (MPa) and may also be expressed in bars and kgf/cm2: 1 MPa = 10 bars = 10.1972 kgf/cm2; 1 kgf/cm2 = 0.98067 bars = 0,098067 MPa. “Contract Quantity of gas” or “CQ” means the quantity of natural gas expressed in m3 specified in Clause 2 hereof. “Delivery Month” or “Month” means a time interval which commences: - On the GMS “Serakhs” at 12:00 a.m. Ashgabat time and ends at 12:00 a.m. Ashgabat time of the first day of the following month. “Quarter” means any of the following periods of three consecutive months that commences: - On the GMS “Serakhs” at 12:00 a.m. Ashgabat time of the first day of each Quarter and ends at 12:00 a.m. Ashgabat time of the first day of the following Quarter: I - from January through March; II - from April through June; III - from July through September; IV - from October through December. “Contract Day” or “Day” or “Delivery Day” means a 24 hour time interval which commences at 12:00 a.m. Ashgabat time and ends at 12:00 a.m. Ashgabat time of the following calendar day. “Delivery Period” means a time period from the Contract Day of March “01”, 2020 to the Contract Day of December “31”, 2020, inclusively. “Delivery Point” and/or “Delivery and Acceptance Point” means the point where the gas pipeline to be used to deliver gas hereunder crosses the border of Turkmenistan and Iran (the welded joint where Turkmenistan’s gas transportation system is connected to the gas transportation system of Iran). “Gas Metering Station” or “GSM” means the station where the gas quantity and quality parameters are measured. The gas quantity and quality parameters valid in the delivery point are measured and determined at GMS “Serakhs” “Net Calorific Value” or (NCV) when applicable to Natural Gas, means the quantity of heat in Kcal/m3 released during complete combustion of one cubic meter of Natural Gas at 20 degrees Celsius and at the pressure of 0.101325 MPa and at the excess air's temperature and pressure similar to those of the Natural Gas, when the combustion products are cooled to the temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and when the water resulted from the combustion is not condensed to the liquid state. “Invoice” means the original copy of a respective invoice for the Gas delivered to the Acceptance and Delivery Point where quantity, price, total cost and any other data are ...
