Device or Devices definition

Device or Devices means the equipment supplied by LCS and used by the Customer;
Device or Devices means a mobile Device purchased from or distributed by TRAKPRO intended to be used by Customer to Track and/or monitor Monitored Users.
Device or Devices means the medical device(s) defined on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.

Device or Devices means the equipment supplied by LCS and used by the Purchaser to send/receive transmissions on or across the Network, including any wireless modem, SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) Card, and any accessories or related equipment.

  • Devices means any and all devices owned or purchased from time to time by Party A and utilized for the purposes of the provision of the Services.
