Examples of Device Development Plan in a sentence

  • In the interim Aerogen has provided best estimates of pricing for Steps 3 and 4 and these estimates are set out in the Device Development Plan.

  • However in the event that the JDC determines that there should be a change to the Specifications or Product Requirements and the change impacts the Device Development Plan (increasing either materials or labour) then the relevant phase of the Device Development Plan shall be modified and Aerogen shall be entitled to invoice Dance for the costs of the change.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:
