Deviation definition

Deviation is a departure from the requirements specified in the tendering document;

Deviation means any situation in which an emissions unit fails to meet a permit term or condition. A deviation is not always a violation. A deviation can be determined by observation or through review of data obtained from any testing, monitoring, or recordkeeping established in accordance with §71.6(a)(3)(i) and (a)(3)(ii). For a situation lasting more than 24 hours which constitutes a deviation, each 24 hour period is considered a separate deviation. Included in the meaning of deviation are any of the following:

Examples of Deviation in a sentence

  • If Developer proposes to make any revisions to a standard Utility Agreement form (i.e., revisions to the basic form for Developer’s purposes as opposed to those resulting from Developer’s negotiations with an individual Utility Owner), Developer shall obtain TxDOT’s approval of such revisions as a Deviation in accordance with Section 7.2.3, prior to submitting the revised Utility Agreement form to any Utility Owner for review.

  • No Deviation shall be deemed approved or be effective unless and until stated in a writing signed by TxDOT’s Authorized Representative.

  • DB Contractor shall indicate the CSJ for this Capital Maintenance Contract and the applicable Change Order, Deviation or amendment number in the fields provided on Form 1295.

  • Where DB Contractor requests a Deviation as part of the submittal of a component plan of the Maintenance Management Plan, DB Contractor shall specifically identify and label the Deviation.

  • If DB Contractor is required to file a Form 1295 pursuant to this Section 4.5.7.5 in connection with any amendment, including a Change Order or Deviation, DB Contractor must submit to TxDOT an executed and notarized Form 1295 complying with the requirements of the Form 1295 Laws at the same time it submits the executed amendment, including any Change Order or Deviation, for TxDOT’s execution.
