Development Records definition

Development Records has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Development Records means reports, studies, and permits, by or from the City or another public agency, that provide information about the development status of a Parcel, including development plans, tentative maps, parcel maps, final subdivision maps, building permits, and records of survey that have been approved or recorded.
Development Records has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.

Examples of Development Records in a sentence

  • Such Development Records will fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities for the Licensed Products in good scientific manner appropriate for regulatory and patent purposes.

  • TGTX will maintain all Development Records related to the Licensed Product for a period of [***] after the end of the Term.

  • The Development Records, including any and all electronic and physical files where such information is contained, shall fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Lead Seeking Activities and Candidate Designation Activities (as applicable) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner appropriate for patent and regulatory purposes and in compliance with all Applicable Laws.

  • If and to the extent ALZA or its Affiliates do retain copies of any Development Records on and after the relevant [*], ALZA and its Affiliates shall only use such Development Records for the specific purposes identified in the preceding sentence and not for any other purpose.


More Definitions of Development Records

Development Records has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a).
Development Records means all regulatory filings, records, and other documents (whether in hardcopy or electronic form) in the Control of ALZA, directly or through its Affiliates thereof pertaining to the development of any Existing Product, including any Existing Product Registrations, Regulatory Submissions, or Manufacturing Records anywhere in the Territory, including such portions of any documents bearing Licensed Know-How relating to Dapoxetine or any Existing Product and any such Product Registrations or Regulatory Submissions for any Existing Product and all material written communications with Regulatory Authorities with respect thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, Development Records include such records used to obtain and maintain Product Registrations or Regulatory Submissions, and records needed to support clinical development.
Development Records means all regulatory filings, records, and other documents (whether in hardcopy or electronic form) in the Control of ALZA (directly or through any Affiliate thereof) at any time prior to the Transition Completion Date, material to the development of the Agreement Product, including any Governmental Permits, ALZA Regulatory Submissions, or Manufacturing Records anywhere in the Territory, including such portions of any documents bearing ALZA Know-How relating to Dapoxetine or the Agreement Product and any Governmental Permits or ALZA Regulatory Submissions for the Agreement Product and all material written communications with Regulatory Authorities with respect thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, Development Records include such records used to obtain and maintain Governmental Permits or ALZA Regulatory Submissions, and such records needed to support clinical development.

Related to Development Records

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Discovery Area means that part of the Contract Area about which, based upon Discovery and the results obtained from a Well or Xxxxx drilled in such part, the Contractor is of the opinion that Petroleum exists and is likely to be produced in commercial quantities.

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, or other filings made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to develop, manufacture, market, sell or otherwise commercialize a product in a particular country or regulatory jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials include INDs, XXXx and NDAs (as applications, but not the approvals with respect thereto).

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Business Records means all records and information of any description or type created or used in the ordinary course of the operation of the Business.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.
