Development Permit definition

Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

Development Permit means any permit issued by the city of North Bend, or other authorized agency, for construction, land use, or the alteration of land.

Development Permit shall refer the permit issued in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in the Code.

• All applicable state or federal permits shall be obtained before commencement of the development authorized by this Development Permit.

• If the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board is served with notice of an application for leave to appeal its decision, such notice shall operate to suspend the Development Permit.

Development Permit means a permit issued for construction on or development of land when no subsequent building permit issued pursuant to Chapter 9 of Title 6 is required.
