Development Location definition

Development Location means a single physical Customer location where the Embedded Software Product is permitted to be used by Authorized Users. Provided that an Authorized User’s official and customary place of work is a licensed Site, occasional use of the Embedded Software Product by such user from locations other than that Site (e.g., use from that user’s residence, an airport, a hotel, etc.) shall be regarded as use on the Site and in compliance with the Site restriction.

Development Location means the premises of the Provider or other location as specified in the Development Plan.   • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
