Development Information definition

Development Information means all material information known to Vertex about a Development Candidate, including analytical results and raw data, which Merck should reasonably require in order to decide whether to make the Development Election with respect to that Development Candidate. An example of information that would constitute Development Information is listed in Schedule 1.17.
Development Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.2 (Transition).

More Definitions of Development Information

Development Information shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12.7.
Development Information means all information and knowledge relating to the design and development by TONGSHI of the China WORLDSPACE PC Card and the China WORLDSPACE Receiver under Article 2.1.1 that is not generally known, including, and whether or not patentable, all trade secrets, know-how, data, designs, specifications, material lists, drawings, algorithms, formulas, patterns, compilations, programs, samples, devices, protocols, methods, techniques, processes, procedures and results of experimentation and testing, excluding the WORLDSPACE Information and any similar information and knowledge possessed or obtained by TONGSHI prior to the execution of this Agreement.

Development Information means all information and knowledge relating to the design and development by Manufacturer of the XM Receiver under Article 2.1. that is not generally known, including, and whether or not patentable, all trade secrets, know-how, data, designs, specifications, material lists, drawings, algorithms, formulas, patterns, compilations, programs, samples, devices, protocols, methods, techniques, processes, procedures and results of experimentation and testing, excluding (i) the XM Information and (ii) any information or knowledge possessed or obtained by Manufacturer prior to the Effective Date.
Development Information shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.3.2(b)(ii).
Development Information means any and all information generated by a party (or a party’s Affiliates or any Third Party on behalf of a party) in the development of the Drug Substance and/or Product for the Territory as provided in this Agreement, including, without limitation, protocols, analysis plans, annotated case report forms per study, analysis datasets, programs, raw data and other relevant documentation used for the study reporting efforts, FDA outputs relating to the development of, and/or filing of NDAs for, Drug Substance and/or Product in the Territory (including, without limitation, all substantive correspondence with the FDA, responses from the FDA, requests for information from the FDA, briefing documents and other materials relating to interactions with the FDA, and summaries of outputs resulting from substantive correspondence/ conversations or meetings with the FDA), and information from clinical advisory boards and investigators.
Development Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of the Option Agreement.
