Development Grant definition

Development Grant means the funding to be provided by the Council to the Association as a contribution towards the delivery of the Services.

Development Grant means the GEF Grant;
Development Grant. Means any and all financial assistance granted to the Grant Recipient by the Department in accordance with the provisions of the Land Reform: Provision of Land and Assistance Act 126 of 1993 read together with the Policy, on the conditions set out in this Agreement for the sole purpose of funding the qualifying activities and expenses as specified and approved in the Business Plan.“Implementation Plan”Means an operational plan prepared by or on behalf of the Grant Recipient according to the Department’s prescripts listing the detailed activities, costs and schedules (including the tranche intervals in accordance with which the Development Grant will be transferred), required to give effect to the Business Plan, signed-off by the Grant Recipient and duly approved by the Department in accordance with the Policy and Department’s delegation of authority.“Parties”Means the parties to this Agreement, namely the Department and the Grant Recipient (as identified in the Contract Form); and “Party” shall mean any one of the Parties as the context may indicate.“Policy”Means the Revised Policy for the Recapitalisation and Development Programme of the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform, 23 May 2014 as amended or replaced from time to time.“Project”Means the farming operations conducted on the Farm by the Grant Recipient that was approved by the Department for the RADP.“RADP”Means Recapitalisation And Development Programme as more fully described in the Policy.
Development Grant means the development grant in an aggregate amount equivalent to SDR 55,500,000 provided by the Association to the Borrower, in support of the Program, pursuant to the Development Grant Agreement of even date herewith entered into between the Borrower and the Association;
Development Grant means the payment(s) established in this Agreement to assist GORILLA in the design, site work, construction or operation of the Development on the Property.

Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
