Development Envelope definition

Development Envelope means the portion of the Property within which the development may take place.
Development Envelope means the area identified on Schedule BSite Plan in which the uses enabled by the development agreement are to occur

Development Envelope means a designation on a site plan, or parcel map or grading plan indicating where buildings, access roads and septic systems, and other development are to be located.
