Development Documents means any of the following documents: System Requirements Document, Project Development Estimate, Project Requirements Document or any other mutually agreed to document describing the development activities.

Development Documents means the contracts, ordinances and other documents described in Exhibit C attached to the Closing Certificate, as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the Land Lease and the Closing Certificate, and any applications, permits or certificates concerning or affecting the use or development of the Property that may be submitted, issued or executed from time to time as contemplated in such contracts, ordinances and other documents or that BNPLC may hereafter execute, approve or consent to at the request of NAI.

Development Documents has the meaning set forth in the Disbursement Agreement.

Development Documents means (a) for a condominium project, the master deed and bylaws provided by Act No. 59 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended; and (b) with regard to subdivisions or other developments, deed restrictions and/or restrictive covenants.

Development Documents means the collective reference to the Architect's Agreement, the Development Agreement, the Development Agency Agreement, the Plans and Specifications and the Permits.

Development Documents means the Construction Contract, the Plans, all consents, licenses, permits, authorizations and approvals relating to the construction, completion, management, use and occupancy of the Improvements and all other instruments, documents and rights required or in any way relating to the design, construction, renovation, use, occupancy or ownership of the Improvements, whether now existing or hereafter arising, which Development Documents have been assigned to the Bank as security for the Loan pursuant to Article 8 hereof.

Development Documents means all construction documentation prepared by the Lessee or on the Lessee's behalf and approved by City pursuant to the Disposition Agreement.

Development Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the CC&Rs, all other Attachments to this Agreement, and any other agreement, document, or instrument that the City requires in connection with the execution of this Agreement or from time to time to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement.
