Development Contract definition

Development Contract means that certain Amended and Restated Development Contract dated.

Development Contract means either a Letter to Proceed or a fully executed contract between the Company and the City of New York, New York (or any agency thereof) or for the development of the 26th Wxxx wastewater treatment plant substantially as set forth in the business plan previously provided by the Company to the Investor.
