Development Completion Date definition

Development Completion Date means the date of completion of development specified under a regulation.

Development Completion Date means the date upon which Development Completion occurs as evidenced by a notice from Lessee to Lessor promptly following Development Completion, which notice shall contain a copy of all applicable certificates of occupancy evidencing that the Development Completion Date has occurred.

More Definitions of Development Completion Date

Development Completion Date means the mutually agreed upon date for the completion of the Pre-Launch Development Services.

Final Istisna’ Instalment means, in relation to the Istisna’ Agreement, the last scheduled Istisna’ Instalment which is due to be paid on the Development Completion Date.
