Development Cap Covenant definition

Development Cap Covenant means a covenant under section 219 of the Land Title Act substantially in the form that is attached at Schedule “V” hereto;
Development Cap Covenant means a covenant under section 219 of the Land Title Act that was registered against the Development Parcel, pursuant to a Phased Development Agreement entered into between the owner of the Development Land and the Regional District on the day of , , which Development Cap Covenant limited the development of the Development Parcel and other land to a joint amount of no more than a specified number of dwelling units, and no more than a specified amount of commercial development.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • SWS wage assessment agreement means the document in the form required by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that records the employee’s productive capacity and agreed wage rate

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Replacement Capital Covenant has the meaning specified in the introduction to this instrument.

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
