Development Areas definition

Development Areas means, collectively, the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx (which is contemplated to include the Acadia West Neighbourhood and Acadia East student housing precinct), East Campus and Stadium neighbourhoods of UBC’s Vancouver Campus, all as designated in UBC’s Land Use Plan and shown on the map attached as Schedule A, and “Development Area” means any of them.
Development Areas means those areas specified for different types of Development on the Concept Plan and the Zoning Map.
Development Areas means, collectively, the Wesbrook Place, Acadia Road (including the Acadia West Neighbourhood and Acadia East student housing precinct), East Campus and Stadium neighbourhoods of UBC’s Vancouver Campus, all as designated in UBC’s Land Use Plan;

Examples of Development Areas in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provision of this Article 4.1, the Contractor shall be permitted to retain the Development Areas and Discovery Areas in accordance with Article 3.4.

More Definitions of Development Areas

Development Areas means the four (4) separate development areas of the Property as shown on the Master Land Use Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
Development Areas means those four segments, or nodes, within the Ludlam Trail Corridor District identified as the Blue Lagoon Development Area, Tamiami Trail Development Area, Coral Way Development Area, and Bird Road Development Area, as more fully defined in the Comprehensive Development Master Plan amendment adopted by Ordinance No. 17-54 on July 19, 2017, as may be amended. The areas are to be privately developed with industrial, commercial, business, and residential uses.
Development Areas means the area or areas within the Municipality defined as “Area 1pursuant to Schedule “A” to the Municipality’s Subdivision By-law as amended from time to time.
Development Areas means the areas depicted on the Development Area Map (Sheet 2 of the Approved Plans attached to the 2013 SUP for Area F) attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D and which is incorporated into this Agreement for all purposes.
