Development Amenities definition

Development Amenities means and refer to neighborhood features that provide comfort, convenience, pleasure, and increased quality of life within developments. Development amenities may include, but are not limited to clubhouses, gyms, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, ball-fields (soccer, football, etc.), walking/jogging/biking trails, picnic/barbecue group areas, playgrounds, volleyball courts, and racquetball courts.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
