Developer License definition

Developer License means a license to use Provider Technology, limited to a certain number of connections, restricted for use only on a developer workstation.
Developer License means a development license to the Software that may be consumed by Developers; the specific Developer use rights and restrictions are identified herein and depend on the licensing model under which Customer is licensed.
Developer License means a single PRODUCT license that may be installed on up to two (2) computers for LICENSEE’S use only. If LICENSEE is an organization, it may designate one (1) employee who may use the PRODUCT in this manner. A DEVELOPER LICENSE is necessary to license SOFTWARE for use by DEVELOPED APPLICATIONS. A DEVELOPER LICENSE is perpetual.

  • BroadVision hereby grants to Reseller a nonexclusive and nontransferable license ("Developer License"), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to use the object code for the Software.

  • Reseller's sole permitted uses of a Developer License shall be to develop and demonstrate the application software products and/or systems listed in Attachment A ("the Application") that it intends to license to end-user customers ("End-Users").

  • VAR shall not be authorized under either Developer License to, and VAR shall not, directly or indirectly: (i) encumber, transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, time-share or use the Licensed Software in any service bureau arrangement; or (ii) copy (except for archival purposes), distribute, manufacture, adapt, create derivative works of, translate, localize, port or otherwise modify any Licensed Software; or (iii) permit any third party to engage in any of the acts proscribed in clauses (i) through (ii).

  • VAR shall pay to Exchange the applicable maintenance Fees specified in Exhibit A, for each of the VALEX Developer License and eXstatic Developer License, within thirty (30) days of the first anniversary of the Effective Date and every anniversary thereafter during the term of this Agreement for which maintenance and support services are requested by VAR.

  • Upon execution of this Agreement, VAR shall pay to Exchange the license fees set forth for each of the VALEX Developer License and eXstatic Developer License set forth in Exhibit A.


More Definitions of Developer License

Developer License. A Developer License limits Licensee’s access and use of the Product to internal application development and support purposes only. If the license is for components of the Product only, then such right is limited to such components. Licensee shall be further subject to the license terms of the appropriate license model for the Product (e.g., CPU License, Core License, Server/Machine License, etc.) designated in the Order. A Developer License may not be transferred.
Developer License. You are granted an ERPConnect® license for one single developer (individual). This license enables you to develop interfaces for the usage within your company (specific legal entity). It is not allowed to distribute or transfer ERPConnect® to any entity outside your company. The same applies to interfaces, developed with ERPConnect®.
Developer License which may also be referred to as "Single Developer License" means that only one named individual developer employed by You may be given access to the Licensed Software and/or the License Key(s) for the sole purpose of developing and maintaining Your Applications. For as long as this specific individual developer is employed or engaged by You in any capacity whatsoever whereby, he or she may access the Licensed Software and/or the License Key(s), no other developer may be given access to the Licensed Software and/or the License Key(s). Should said individual developer leave Your employ and cease any professional association with You, or otherwise relinquish all access the Licensed Software and/or the License Key(s), a new named individual developer may then take his or her place and be given access to the Licensed Software and/or the License Key(s).
Developer License means a license issued by the Authority to a promoter to promote, develop and operate a Business area;
