Developer Entity definition

Developer Entity means and includes an individual, company or association or body of individuals whether incorporated or not, a cooperative society, a corporate body, or an agency national or international to whom a license is given to undertake development works/Scheme within the framework of a plan or development scheme duly approved under this Act;
Developer Entity means each of the Developer, the Managing Member, and any other Affiliate of any of them with any connection to the Property or the Company; provided, however, that any Investor Member shall not be deemed a Developer Entity.

Examples of Developer Entity in a sentence

  • The plans that will be prepared to depict public utility improvements to be permitted by the City (including the City’s issuance ofa public improvement permit in accordance with applicable City regulations, including Chapter 12, Article 9, Division 7 of the San Diego Municipal Code), then constructed by CSU or any Developer Entity on the CSU Property in connection with the Project, and then owned and operated by the City following the completion of construction, as described in Section 6.11.

  • Any instruments to be recorded in the Official Records against the Real Property to memorialize or secure the repayment of, any loans, bond financing, or other indebtedness incurred by CSU or a Developer Entity.

Developer Entity means, if applicable, the Managing Member or their assigns, if they are retained to render development services to the project.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Partnership Subsidiary” shall not in any way be deemed to include the Non-Controlled Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, the Taxable REIT Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, or the Subsidiary REITs or subsidiaries thereof.
